Complaints and claims
If something went wrong with a service, email sales@elvorashipping.com with “Complaint” or “Claim” in the subject. Include your booking, bill of lading or air waybill reference, what happened and when, and any photographs or documents. For loss or damage, tell us as soon as you find it and keep the cargo and packaging: the deadlines that apply to your shipment are in your quotation and our Service Terms & Claims.
We will acknowledge your complaint in writing and tell you who is handling it.
